Prospective members are invited to participate in several of the Club’s meets (evening, day or weekend) before applying for membership. We recommend attending up to three meets and require a minimum of one or several evening meets prior to applying for membership (that way, you get to know the Club, and the Club gets to know you!). The minimum age for membership age is 18.
Applications for membership should be submitted to the Secretary on the appropriate form, accompanied by a cheque for £35 to cover the subscription. Applications for membership are subject to approval by the Club’s committee.
Paid-up members are covered by third party liability insurance provided through the Club’s affiliation to the Mountaineering Council of Scotland. Members may bring guests to Club meets but should ensure they are made aware that they are responsible for their own safety.
