Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd of April, 2018.
Attended by Lucy, Craig, Jeff, Graham,Trish,Tina,Gavin(guest) Paul,Wendy
Excellent venue, excellent weekend.
There was an enjoyable start to the weekend with the boardwalk on stilts in the dark and the welcoming lights of the Hut some distance away. A most pleasant comfortable Hut with guitar included. Everyone enjoyed a few songs from Craig!

Ladies’ Scottish Climbing Club Hut, Milehouse, Kincraig
Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th of March, 2018.
Nine members attended a very active and sociable meet at Milehouse.
Paul, Paul,Stephen,Keith,Craig and Wendy spent a most enjoyable day in good winter conditions with a mixture of sunshine and squalls completing the round of the Newtonmore munros starting with the outlier, Carn Dearg and working their way clockwise round the Plateau to include Carn Sgulain and A Chailleach. Carn Dearg was ascended by a ‘sporting route’ up the South East ridge.

Ochils Mountaineering Club Hut, Crianlarich
Friday 19th to Sunday 21st of January, 2018.
On Saturday, 18 members and guests enjoyed lots of snow on walks and ski- tours (climbing was out due to high avalanche risk and inaccessible roads, downhill skiing out due to the latter).

Falkland
Monday 1st of January 2018.
Blue skies were quickly taken over by grey followed by persistent rain when people started arriving in Falkland for the New Years Day walk. Shelter and a chance to mingle was provided at Wendy’s house before the decision was made just to get out and do it as it was not going to change! Well waterproofed a group of fifteen members guests and friends set off for the ascent of the East Lomond (424m) whilst the family groups headed off for a low level walk in the woodland.
